This Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to AI Governance Rule Watch™ (“Software”), owned and operated by Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated under the Sovara Structure™ brand.
AI Governance Rule Watch™ renews monthly until canceled.
Self-service cancellation
Subscribers may cancel through the account's subscription-management portal. You do not need to call, schedule a meeting, or obtain permission to cancel.
Access after cancellation
Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless separately suspended for security, fraud, prohibited conduct, or another permitted reason.
No refunds
Cancellation stops future renewal. Amounts already paid are final and non-refundable. There are no prorated refunds, credits, holds, exchanges, or transfers.
Grandfathered pricing
If you cancel, the price attached to that subscription expires permanently. If you later subscribe again, the then-current price applies.
Account removal
After access ends, the operational profile is removed according to the Privacy Policy and product lifecycle. A separate marketing contact may remain only while marketing consent is active.
