This Privacy Policy explains how Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owner and operator of AI Governance Rule Watch™ (“Software”) under the Sovara Structure™ brand, collects, uses, stores, protects, and otherwise handles information associated with your use of the Software.
1. Our privacy approach.
We intentionally minimize personal information. We do not need your name, company name, street address, clients, patients, cases, employees, license numbers, or confidential business records. We collect a professional email and structured information needed to build and operate the Watch.
2. Information we collect.
We may collect professional email; account, authentication, subscription, payment-status, policy and consent records; structured business and AI-use categories; Watch Areas; alerts; support and Audit Requests; and security and operational logs.
3. Information we do not ask you to provide.
Do not submit client records, patient information, employee records, case details, passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, privileged information, or confidential documents. V1 does not provide document uploads.
4. How we use information.
We use information to authenticate accounts; personalize the Landscape; match Signals; monitor Watch Areas; deliver service communications; manage subscriptions; respond to requests; maintain security; improve the product; and maintain consent records.
5. Marketing.
Marketing can be unsubscribed from without canceling the paid service or required service communications. We maintain suppression records when needed.
6. We do not sell subscriber personal information.
We do not sell professional email or subscriber profile information to advertisers or data brokers.
7. No cross-site behavioral tracking.
We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, session replay, browser fingerprinting, or third-party advertising analytics.
7a. Cookies and browser storage.
We use no advertising, retargeting, or tracking cookies. We use browser storage only to keep you signed in, remember workspace preferences such as sidebar state and selected landscape, and save in-progress document details. 8. Payment information.
Payments are processed by the payment provider. AI Governance Rule Watch™ does not store raw card details.
9. Service providers.
We may use providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, AI/search, security, backups, and related operations, sharing only data reasonably needed for their role.
10. Perplexity and AI/search providers.
Subscriber emails and direct identities are not included in governance-search queries. Searches use jurisdiction, official domains, and governance and business-activity taxonomies.
11. Aggregated information.
We may create deidentified aggregate information for product improvement, trend analysis, planning, research, and AI Governance Rule Watch™ insights.
12. Cancellation and deletion.
When a subscription ends, the operational profile is deleted according to the lifecycle. A separate marketing contact may remain only while consent remains active.
13. Limited retained records.
We may retain minimized records needed for accounting, policy acceptance, security, legal claims, suppression, or system integrity. Rolling backups expire under their retention schedule.
14. Security.
We use layered safeguards including access controls, row-level authorization, encrypted secrets, rate limiting, logging, source isolation, abuse detection, and backup and recovery practices.
15. Professional email.
Your account is permanently associated with the verified professional email used at signup and cannot be changed or transferred.
16. Your choices.
You may change permitted profile fields, Watch Areas within product rules, alert timing, and marketing preference; cancel through subscription management; and request deletion through account controls.
17. Children.
AI Governance Rule Watch™ is intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity and is not directed to children.
18. Changes to this Policy.
We may update this Policy as the service, vendors, or practices evolve. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
