These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AI Governance Rule Watch™ (“Software”), which is owned and operated by Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the Sovara Structure™ brand. Your agreement is with Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated. AI Governance Rule Watch™ and Sovara Structure™ are not separate legal entities. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
1. Eligibility and authority.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the service for or on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. Each account is licensed to one individual person only. Logins and access may not be shared with other staff, partners, associates, or anyone else in your office. If several people in your practice or office need access, contact support@airulewatch.app so we can develop a customized solution specifically for your office.
2. Nature of the service.
AI Governance Rule Watch™ is an informational monitoring and intelligence service. It monitors authoritative sources, organizes public governance information, matches potentially relevant developments to the profile supplied by the subscriber, and provides summaries and links to sources.
3. No legal advice or professional representation.
The service does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, accounting advice, medical advice, regulatory certification, or a compliance determination. Use does not create a professional relationship with Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated.
4. No guarantee of completeness, applicability, or immediacy.
We do not guarantee that every potentially relevant authority will be identified, every source will always be available, or every summary will be error-free. A Signal does not establish applicability. The absence of a Signal does not establish that no applicable requirement exists.
5. Subscriber profile responsibility.
The service relies on the business information and Watch Areas selected by the subscriber. Subscribers must maintain accurate editable profile information. A primary business or professional identity is locked after onboarding.
6. Professional email requirement.
An eligible professional, business, organizational, educational, government, or institutional email is required. The account email is permanently associated with the account and cannot be changed or transferred.
7. Watch Areas.
A subscription includes up to five active Watch Areas. Nationwide federal monitoring is included automatically. Subscribers may use one Watchlist Update per billing cycle.
8. Subscription billing.
The service is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled. The subscriber authorizes recurring charges at the active subscription price, plus applicable taxes if any. Payments are received by Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated. Charges may appear on your billing or financial statement under Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated or an abbreviated version of that name.
9. Grandfathered rate.
The rate remains associated with the original continuously active subscription. If the subscription is canceled or ends after unresolved payment default, the prior rate expires permanently.
10. No refunds, holds, credits, exchanges, transfers, pauses, or prorations.
All payments are final. Cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid period; it does not reverse charges already paid.
11. Marketing communications.
Purchase requires affirmative agreement to receive marketing email. Marketing can be unsubscribed from separately without canceling the service or required service communications.
12. Acceptable use.
You may not gain unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape or bulk-copy intelligence, redistribute the service as a competing database, extract protected systems or secrets, inject malicious instructions, overload endpoints, evade limits, or access another account.
13. Intellectual property.
The service, software, interface, branding, proprietary summaries, taxonomies, Source Registry structure, matching logic, workflows, database organization, classifications, and original content are owned by Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated or used by Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated pursuant to applicable licenses. AI Governance Rule Watch™ and Sovara Structure™ are trademarks of Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated.
14. Third-party providers and sources.
The service relies on independent infrastructure, payment, AI/search, email, and authoritative-source providers. Links to official sources are provided for review.
15. AI-assisted processing.
Some monitoring, extraction, categorization, comparison, matching explanations, or summaries may be AI-assisted and can make errors. The authoritative source controls.
16. Service changes.
We may improve, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, providers, or technical methods as needed to operate, secure, or improve the service.
17. Suspension and termination.
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, fraud, prohibited activity, abuse, or material violation of these Terms.
18. Disclaimers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS, WITHOUT GUARANTEES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR DETECTION OF EVERY DEVELOPMENT.
19. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent enforceable, Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate direct liability will not exceed subscription fees paid during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification.
The subscriber agrees to defend and hold harmless Perfect Flow Funnels Incorporated and its personnel from third-party claims arising from misuse, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, unauthorized redistribution, or decisions made without appropriate professional review.
21. Texas law.
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
22. Severability and waiver.
If a provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver.
23. Entire agreement.
These Terms, referenced policies, and checkout acknowledgments form the agreement governing the subscription.
